LIMITED NATIONWIDE LIFETIME

TRUCK BED LINER WARRANTY

Your LINE-X bed liner, when applied to a factory OEM finish, is warranted never to
crack, bubble or flake during the life of the vehicle to which it is applied. This
warranty only applies to pickup trucks equipped with OEM truck beds, sold to
individuals for non-commercial use. This warranty applies to the original LINE-X
bed liner purchaser only and is NOT transferable.

In the unlikely event the LINE-X bed liner does crack, bubble or flake, take the
vehicle and this LINE-X warranty certificate to the LINE-X authorized applicator
that applied your LINE-X bed liner for repair at no cost to you.

If the original LINE-X applicator is now more than one hundred (100) miles from
your present residence or no longer applies LINE-X bed liners, call LINE-X at 1
800 831-3232 for visit www.line-x.com for the nearest LINE-X applicator who will
accomplish the necessary repairs at no cost to you.
